The question I get asked the most is where did the 464 come from? The 4's may represent the number of quarters in a game. Maybe it has to with the seasons in a year. It could even be baseball's first retired number. The 6 has plenty of possibilities as well. It might Bill Russell's retired number or the maximum points in a cricket game. It could be the amount of players on a team or the points earned in a touchdown. There is no doubt that these are some of the most important numbers in sporting history, however...
